Lottie is a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, as well as a barre teacher. Offering dynamic and uplifting classes with a strong focus on strength-based movement. She loves to challenge the misconception that Pilates is just stretching. Expect to feel worked, empowered, and supported. Her teaching style combines progressive overload, layered options for all abilities and mindful breathwork to create classes that are both grounding and challenging. Kind and motivating, Lottie creates a welcoming environment where clients feel challenged in the best way, while always leaving feeling stronger and uplifted
Sharna
Sharna has a huge passion for helping others feel strong, grounded & connected in their bodies. With a background in sports therapy, personal training, breathwork, trauma-informed sessions & astrology.

Shannon
Pre and Post natal qualified. Shannon is passionate about Pilates’ adaptable, low-impact approach to movement. She loves how it can be tailored to every body while still delivering a strong, effective workout.
With a background in dance, Shannon brings precision, flow, and strong attention to detail to every class.

Emma an encouraging and nurturing Pilates instructor, teaching both mat and reformer, with a passion for creating a calm and supportive space for every client. y.
Emmas aim is not only to help you build strength and control, but also to give you the oppurtunity toreset your nervous system—leaving you feeling grounded, balanced,and re-energised.
Alongside adult classes, Emma teaches children’s and teen Pilates, specialising working with both children and adults with complex needs and disabilities.
Sophie
Sophie is trained in yoga, mat and reformer Pilates as well as barre. Her classes bring a fresh dynamic and a feel good energising vibe to the studio. Expect movement that wakes up muscles you didn’t know you had, a little bit of spice, and plenty of those moments where you realise pilates is a LOT more than just stretching.
