This class focuses on the fundamental Pilates principles including Breath, Alignment, Control and Core Stability.
Movements are slow, precise and fully guided, allowing you to build strength, mobility and confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Our Intermediate Reformer Classes are designed for those who are confident with the fundamentals and ready to progress thier practice.
This class builds on core strength, control and precision with more complex sequencing and layers, increased challenge and smoother transitions.
Expect to feel stronger, more connected and deeply worked from head to toe.

A faster paced , fitness focused Reformer Class. Not suitable for those brand new to Reformer- please try our Foundation classes first.

Feeling nervous about a group class? Prefer a 1:1 intro to the Reformer?
Our 1:1 sessions are the perfect way to start your Pilates experience, whether your brand new, returning from injury or just want a more personal lesson our Instructors have the perfect tailored class for you.
You will receive a 45 minute 1:1 Reformer session including additional time to learn and familiarise yourself with the machine

Our Mam & Pram Reformer Pilates class is the perfect place to get yourself back into moving and mobilising.. and do something for you! All babies under one welcome in prams/car seats. Mats available also. Baby change on site.
This class focuses on the post natal fundamental Pilates principles including Breath, Alignment, Control and Core Stability.
Movements are slow, precise and fully guided, allowing you to build strength, mobility and confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment delivered by our pre and post natal trained instructor
