We are a Reformer & Mat Pilates studio in the heart of outer west Newcastle situated within Blakelaw Shopping Centre .

Our team of passionate and dedicated instructors are on hand to support and guide you through your Pilates experience. We welcome beginners, those expanding thier practice and those returning to what they love after a period of rest .

All of our instructors are fully qualified in Mat & Reformer Pilates with additional Pre & Post Natal, Yoga and Pilates for Children qualifications amongst our highly skilled team.

We offer packages to suit all needs; from individual 1:1 sessions, intro, single and multi use passes as well as unlimited memberships and birthday celebrations too!
