We offer packages to suit all needs; from individual 1:1 sessions, intro, single and multi use passes as well as unlimited memberships and birthday celebrations too!

Our team of passionate and dedicated instructors are on hand to support and guide you through your Pilates experience. We welcome beginners, those expanding thier practice and those returning to what they love after a period of rest

We offer a range of classes starting at 6.15 in the morning up to 19.30. Check out our timetable on the homepage.

Yes we have multiple parking spaces in three places within a 2 minute walk of the Studio.

Our Reformers are for 16+. Mat classes can be 14+ and we will be looking to offer a Childrens Pilates class in the coming months for those under 14.

We will be offering the Studio for hire to trainee mat and reformer instructors for practice and to film social media content .

Trainee Instructors can practice on thier own small groups upon presentation of trainee instructor insurance
